Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos as proof.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Accessories and combo items (unless damaged or defective)
• Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and proof of issue. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may request an exchange for the same product or an alternative item of equal value.
